a can’t insal it on fs22
I just installed it this morning. you need to open the file before dropping into the mod folder. Then drag all the files to your desktop or straight into the mod folder. This goes for any unzip file you find for FS22.

I don’t know but the file you download could be a folder with everything in it as it says above the download button so try see if you can expand the file into folder and see if everything is there, then move it to your mods folder for FS22
