I accessed the mod and decided to Mow Grass under Contract. The borrowed mower cuts the grass, but there is nothing to feed the Baler with. Any reason why?

I can’t find out how to get,buy or make vegetable soil for use in the mulcher or Recycle plant. I’m using xbox one, any help much appreciated
The plant on the same road as the recycle place, there is a lime/vegtable soil buy silo on the grounds and the soil is pretty cheap
Train getting stuck on the big slope right before it enters the town. Trying to get up, then slides back.
There are no instructions for where you sell the waste, no tutorial, and used barrels do not show up on the list for things to sell. Would you kindly adjust your description so that the sale point is listed, or perhaps add a tutorial entry. Thank you, as I enjoy this map, and got stuck on this part.
