A few Areas not Paintable terrain up or down nothing work

Why don’t the Farmlands work? The entire map is Farmland 1 and I can change its price in the xml but I’ve messed around with the painting in GE for too long and I can’t get the farmlands to work.

I can’t get the farmlands to work, the entire map is 1 large farmland and its ID is 1 cause I can change the price in the xml. However haven’t been able to make the painted farmlands work in GE I don’t know why. I can change the Farmlands in the base maps.
