Customized Concentrate Palettes for the Gold Wash Plant (Mod Version) 1.0

Here is the mod version of my autoloadable Concentrate Palettes for the Gold Wash Plants on maps with mining,

so you now have the choice of whether you want to adjust the palettes directly in the map or prefer to use them as a mod version

Adjusted Concentrate Palettes so the autoloader can load them

-Tested on the Yukon Valley Map and on the Elk Mountain Wyoming
