The local auction house has reopened and new farmland will be auctioned.
Be advised: Since 2013, nearby farmers have improved their skills at auctions.
If you want to participate in the next auction, visit the farmland and hit ‘b’ to place your bid.
The auction house ensures everybody that there will be at least one auction per year. If you do not use seasons there will be an auction a few days apart.
This mod supports single player only right now.

whats the maps its on and where is it located
So its been over a year and nothing has changed, i thought maybe i missed something as i uninstalled this last year for all the same reasons IMO this should be removed as nothing has changed or been updated
I have this mod on PNW right now and if it’s a field that’s for auction, it’s highlights the number yellow. Right now field 11 on this map is for sale and in the mini map is yellow. Two auctions ago the land with the market store on it was for sale and was hard to find since it’s not ploted out as a field.
My issue is I’m not able to bid plus it doesn’t show what land is up for auction
Had a auction pop up finally on my game, drove around multiple times looking for the field that was up for sale. Could not find it, got out of the car to make the field info pop up and nothing. The sale wasn’t even for a field it happened to be a camp site on the map. For sure need something identifying what’s for sale or have a building with in the town to go to in order to place a bid and also tell you where its at, or something. Cool idea just needs a few things worked out to make it great.
So this is a cool mod love buying stuff underprice. Only issues are A: it does not show which land is for sale so you have to either run around map looking for it or cheat a bit and look up the price in the auctions file and find it that way. Also there is no constant reminder of the time left or anything else that shows up about the auction. The only time you actually see anything about the said auction is either when theres a higher bidder or theres one hour left. At the beginning of your start on your saved game it will show time left and thats it. I wish there was a little more visualization of the auction. IE a counter that shows the time and current high bid. It would also be awesome if the plot of land thats on auction would light up so we could see where it was.
Yes, these are my issues with it too, It would be nice if the modder could work an update.
I believe this could be a real game changer for a lot of players.
Anybody know how to contact the mod author? I made a few tweaks, and I’m working on some more, and I’d like their permission to upload it, or at the very least send them the changes so they can review and upload. I added the ability to see who currently has the high bid and how much it is. I’m working on a countdown timer for the auction, as well as more varied bidder behavior. FYI, the land currently under auction has its number in orange on the farmland map.
