Hello everyone! Here I present to you the EMR Farmhouse officially converted for Farming Simulator 22! If you used this in FS19 I made the circular driveway separate and placed under the decoration category and I have now added a snow heap to the roof, and it is NOW COLOR SELECTABLE! This is a modern classic version of a Farm House and garage to use on your farm it has fully working lights, doors, sleep trigger and wardrobe trigger, there are triggers for the TV, coffee maker and the radio in the garage, the sound goes for a little while and then ends but you can’t turn off the sound until it runs though its length.
Special thanks to the FS community for all their hard work and making this game what it is today! Keep it honest, and be respectful.

If you are the modder who actually made this, massive kudos to you! This house comes with Loma Montana 4x as a default placeable and it really ties the play experience together loading into the house when you load into the game each time. Also I appreciate the way you set up the textures for the wall artwork, rugs, and what is displayed on the TV and computer screens inside. It’s all easily changed if you wish to make it more your own as I have.
