OLD GENERAL MILL V1.0

OLD GENERAL MILL V1.0

Early 1900s brick factory meets modern innovation! Constructed in 1916 as a modest sugar mill by H.A. Bauer, the mill saw many decades of profitable business but stopped operation after three generations. Recently, the “Old” General Mill was acquired from the Bauer family where it was renovated and retrofitted with the latest in milling and hydropress technology.

This modernized rustic mill offers a plethora of milling and pressing capabilities consolidating four output catagories under one roof. These include the production of juice, oils, flour and sugar. Small amounts of other by-product may be produced based on certain inputs. Please consult the following production chart for details.
