Thunderbird 255 V1.0

This version comes with 3 carriage options. Mechanical Grapple Carriage, ACME Combo Carriage (grapple n slackpull) and Butt Rigging(Model thanks to ALASKASTER).
Its based off Giants DLC yarder scripts so setup and controls will be the same, with added controls to slack/tighten lines and control the grapple. Everything can be controlled from either in the yarder or on foot. Besides trees you can now connect to high stumps or rig up to our mobile backspar! I’ve also created some dynamic chokers of various lengths that can be used with either the Mechanical Grapple Carriage or the Butt Rigging. You can tab/enter the carriage on foot to attach the chokers. Then there is a winch trigger at the end of them to choke your logs.

Make sure you have Giants Platinum Edition DLC installed/active as it uses assets from that.

Huge thanks to Andy from Elk Falls Logging as well. Helped me out a bunch with yarder related info and testing.

I’m trying to get a carriage cam figured out, so watch for a future update.

*Dynamic Chokers*
Still experimental/WIP. The ends do get stuck in the terrain sometimes. If attached to a carriage can generally yank them out. If not attached to carriage can be reset by grabbing on foot and using Easy Dev Controls “Flip Vehicle”.

*Known Issues*
-Carriage will disappear if you exit/reload your session while attached to the mobile back spar and occasional high stumps. You just have to disconnect via the trigger and reconnect to your stump/backspar.
